Vanessa da Mata. When a member of FOCO, a quartet, that plays instrumental and acoustic jazz, with Marcelo Martins, Renato Massa and João Castilho. FOCO has two cds, the last one is called "Tempo Bom Com Chuva", released in 2007 at the Dubas Music label. As an educator, with his vast experience as a sideman to many of the greatest names in brazilian music, André is a co-founder, along with João Castilho and Renato Massa Calmon, of the project "Toque Junto", released by the well known Brazilian publishing company, Lumiar Editora. It is a play-along series dedicated to educating ensembles, in how to achieve good performances in group situations. More
