Alessander Lenzi conquistou o bi-campeonato mundial de freestyle profissional no dia 19 de outubro em Lake Havazu (AZ), nos Estados Unidos.
O título de campeão pela IJSBA (International Jet Sports Boating Association) é o mais importante da categoria e veio em excelente hora, já que este ano ele também conquistou o mundial do Jet Waves Cup 2009 que aconteceu na cidade de Piçarras, Santa Catarina. Alessander é o único piloto no mundo a conquistar esses dois títulos em um mesmo ano.
Em Lake Havazu, Lenzi estava confiante, até porque participou da competição com o novo casco, desenvolvido especialmente para dar mais amplitude em suas manobras.
O público, entusiasmado, ao fim da apresentação de Lenzi gritava seu nome, já o consagrando campeão antes mesmo do resultado dos juízes.
