Brasília. Nando, who four years ago abandoned drug traffic, is obliged to go and to bring back thirty kilos of cocaine from the frontiers of Colombia. Under pressure, he seeks out an old friend, Vander, whom he met in a reformatory.

On their return from Colombia, on the banks of the Amazon river, they meet Monalise, mistress of a French drug dealer. They are awaiting instructions to pass on the drugs in Manaus when they realize they have been betrayed. On the way back to Brasília, an atmosphere of tension sets in. After days of tumultuous flight, they are lost in despair and in violence. Monalise convinces them to take part in a suicide plan for vengeance. When they arrive at the capital, they are prepared to carry out their plans. The hunted turn against the hunters in an escalade of love and death.
