One look at electronic music and the culture produced by same. Techno subculture is represented by ravers, DJs, and musicians who talk about themselves, their music and their ideals.

DJs Spooky and Keoki, the prophet of drum-and-base Roni Size, among others, talk of the new sounds and technology. The documentary closes with interviews with designers, promoters, fans and other elements essential to the techno scene.

To adjust to technological power, production is decidedly digital, utilizing some of the most modern digital filming equipment. Provocatively, with intensity, the documentary explores the most significant youth culture of our times.
