A comedy of horror described by the director as a "trash classic", where the legend of Frankenstein, Mary Shelley's monster, comes to life in a laboratory in a suburb in the United States. The plot is straight-forward, however full of politically incorrect situations with tons of potentially offensive missiles shot off on every side.

Bernie, a music producer, vowed and determined to make a go of it, allows his questionable though brilliant nephew Frankie to go ahead with an insane project, namely, to put together (literally) the greatest rock stars. With the assistance of Iggy, a grave-robber, Frankie manages to collect parts of Jimmy Hendrix, Sid Vicious, Keith Moon, with the head of the king, Elvis. The only problem is that the penis, instead of being Jim Morrison's, is Liberace's - a slight oversight that jeopardizes all of the experiment, generating a great deal of confusion in the head, and of course, in the body of the creature. In the same proportion in which his fame grows, his desire for men augments. Even knowing of the violent repercussion that this will produce, he tries to contain himself and avoid "abnormal" thoughts running through his mind. However, worst is yet to come: voices coming from his groin, incite him to sally forth and amuse himself with other men.

Having been expelled from the university, Brian O'Hara got his first job editing porn films. The money paid for film-making school. In his free time, he wrote scripts such as Underground Terror. In his desperation to direct a feature, he accepted a job working for the owner of a taxi-cab company who wished to invest in cinema. Much confusion and fighting (he tried to strangle the director of photography and was bitten by the cameraman), but the film was finished. He realized, however, that it was time to invest in projects of his own and convinced his brother to produce Rock'n Roll Frankenstein.
