Involved in dangerous trouble, a young trickster is obliged to leave Tokyo and seek refuge in the snowy reaches of Niigata. Both the police and his own enemies, nevertheless, still persist in tracking him down. He realizes that his only choice is to return to the capital, face-to-face with fate.
