Nasceu em 1967. Diretor, roteirista e produtor, por muitos anos trabalhou na televisão, onde fez a série The Conversation at the End of the Century. Dirigiu A History of Philosophy in Highlander, baseado em textos escritos pelo reverendo J. Tischner. Foi co-roteirista dos filmes para televisão The House is Haunted e The House is Still Haunted. Seu primeiro longa foi Angel in Cracow, de 2002, que agora tem seqüência com Um Anjo Apaixonado.
