Before leaving Palestine, Ahmad accepts one last job. He is to select actors for the new National Theater. On the road, with presenter Bissan and cameraman Loumir, Ahmad endeavors to identify potential talent in refugee camps in Jordan, Syria, and the Lebanon. For the last time, he feels the intolerable difficulties of living in his native land: insistence at the borders, the barricades, incessant tension. He realizes that the fate of the refugees is identical to his own.
