Italian producers Chiara Tilesi and Stefano Veneruso, associated to actress Maria Grazia Cucinotta, invited eight film makers - Kátia Lund, Emir Kusturica, Spike Lee, John Woo, Jordan Scott, Ridley Scott, Mehdi Charef, and Stefano Veneruso - to tell stories about children in situations of risk, reflecting on the difficulties of the condition of childhood, in divers regions of the world. The result is in seven short films, set in Brazil, Italy, in England, Serbia, Burkina, China, and in the U.S.
Developed especially to call attention to the problems of childhood all over the world, the proceeds from this film will revert to two UN agencies - UNICEF and FAO.
