The second part of a tetralogy begun with À Margem da Imagem, the documentary verses on the homeless and on housing projects in São Paulo. The film focuses on routine building occupancy, shifts for cleaning, administrative difficulties, collective payment of water and light bills, and neighbor relations on a site with little privacy. The film also shows the police in action during occupation, in confrontations fraught with tension.
