Real and fiction figures are portrayed in their day-to-day life in a shopping mall in 24 de Maio Street, in São Paulo, a refuge for urban contemporary musical culture, which, in fact, in a paradox, makes it a “ghetto right at downtown”. Parallel to this documental panel, the film describes the trajectory of the protagonist, a boy of 19, a tattooer’s assistant whose dream it is to live in the city of Amsterdam.
